Payment Policy

1. Invoices Due - All payments are due within 7 days of your email invoice being sent. We will send your invoice by email as soon as possible after the auction end and will include the Buyer’s Premium of 20%, and shipping or delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction. A late payment fee of 0.5% of the total amount due minus shipping will be applied daily after the 7 day grace period.
2. Acceptable Methods of Payment - We accept PayPal, checks, and money orders. We accept wire transfers with an additional $30 fee for bank charges. You may also pay with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover directly via telephone: 828-627-3706.
Sorry, we do not accept AMEX.
3. Personal or Business Checks - We will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for 10 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. There is a $30 returned check fee.
4. PayPal - If you choose to pay with PayPal, we can only ship to your verified PayPal address (which is your credit card billing address).
