Payment Policy

1. Invoices Due - All payments are due within 7 days of your email invoice being sent. We will send your invoice by email as soon as possible after the auction end and will include the Buyer’s Premium of 20%, and shipping or delivery charges when available. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction. A late payment fee of 0.5% of the total amount due minus shipping will be applied daily after the 7 day grace period.

 

2. Acceptable Methods of Payment - We accept PayPal, checks, and money orders. We accept wire transfers with an additional $30 fee for bank charges. You may also pay with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover (not AMEX) directly via telephone. Please use the PayPal checkout to pay with any major credit card (no PayPal account required):

3. Shipping or Delivery Payment - We typically will not know all of the shipping or delivery quotes until the Monday or Tuesday following an auction's end. If you plan to pick up rather than ship or if you have special shipping requests, please let us know via email as soon as possible after the auction's end. Payment for shipping can be made together with your invoice payment or as a separate payment. We will remit in full to the shipping or delivery company.

 

4. Personal or Business Checks - We will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for up to 10 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. There is a $30 returned check fee.

 

5. PayPal - If you choose to pay with PayPal, we will ship to your verified PayPal address. Please see the Pay Now button above. Our PayPal account is: paypal@ruggiero-associates.com

6. Sales Tax - All items picked up at our location or shipped to a North Carolina address are subject to 7% NC Sales Tax. You must fully execute and sign a Certificate of Resale to be exempt (in person or by fax).

 

7. International Payments - International customers may pay by PayPal, wire transfer ($30 fee), Visa, or Mastercard. No checks or money orders drawn on foreign banks will be accepted. Please email for wire transfer instructions. We accept wire transfers with an additional $30 fee for bank charges.
